Robert N. Breeling

With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Robert N. Breeling of Cook, Nebraska, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Robert left this world on March 7, 2026 at the age of 71, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Breeling and Verna Breeling (Dodd); his daughter Jessie; his siblings, Janet Kage, Phyllis Stehr and Lyle Breeling; and his siblings-in-law, Eddie Olstad, Dan Kage, Dick Stehr, Kay Breeling and Linda Versaw.

He is survived by: his wife Susan Breeling; his daughters, Jarren Breeling and Melissa Rae; his sister Patricia Olstad; his cousin Denise Meyers; and his siblings-in-law, Joyce Ekstein (John), Jim Pierce (Cheryl), Gene Versaw, Shelley Davis and Gary Pierce (Karen). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Fusselman-Allen-Harvey Funeral Home (644 Park St, Syracuse, NE 68446). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.

Memorials are suggested to the family for later designation.
