Robert Milton Odom Jr.

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Milton Odom Jr. of Portsmouth, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 28, 2026 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Robert departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Robert may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Robert leaves behind.

He is survived by: his sons, Marc Odom and Brad Odom; his daughter-in-law Christine Odom; his grandchildren, Jackson and Natalie; his sisters, Lisa and Cindy; and his stepmother Alice Odom.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 21st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Oman Funeral Home and Cremation Center (653 Cedar Rd, Chesapeake, VA 23322).
