Bufalini, age 91, lifelong resident of Uniontown, PA passed away on Saturday, March 7, 2026 in Arden Courts Memory Care in Silver Spring, MD surrounded by his loving family. He was born October 9, 1934 in Uniontown, PA, son of the late Alfonso Bufalini and Jean Gismondi Bufalini. In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his wife of thirty-nine years Eleanor Barnes Bufalini, his sister, Rosemarie Bufalini, and brother-in-law, Ferris Antoon.Bob was a 1952 graduate of Uniontown High School. He served in the United States Army in Fort Knox Kentucky from 1957 to 1959 and then graduated for Penn State University with a degree in business. Bob was a dedicated employee for PENNDOT as a real estate specialist until his retirement.Buf was a faithful member of St. Therese de Lisieux Roman Catholic Church, and Guiseppe Mazzini Lodge# 231 of the Sons of Italy. He enjoyed playing bocci with friends, bartending, telling jokes, growing a vegetable garden and spending time with family.Left to cherish Bob's memory are his loving sons, Michael Bufalini and wife Michelle of Silver Spring, MD and Bruce Bufalini of Greensburg; grandchildren, Joe Bufalini and Anna Bufalini; and sister, Deanna Antoon of West Long Branch, NJ and many nieces, nephews and cousins.Arrangements have been entrusted to the ANDREW D FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORIES, INC, 80 Morgantown St., Uniontown, PA on Wednesday from 2 until 4 and 6 until 8 PM. Viewing will continue at the funeral home on Thursday, March 12, 2026 from 8:30 until 9:30 AM follow by Prayers of Transfer at 9:30 AM. A mass of Christian Burial celebrating Bob's life will be held at 10 AM in the St. Therese de Lisieux R. C. Church. Military rites will be accorded by AMVETS Post #103 of Hopwood in Sylvan Heights Cemetery.Sons of Italy services will be held at 7 PM at the funeral home on Wednesday.Memories and condolences can be shared with the family at adferguson.com or on the funeral home Facebook page.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
