Robert Keith Kiser II, known affectionately as Rob, passed away on March 7, 2026, at the age of 68 in his home in Moreland, Georgia, surrounded by his family. Born on December 18, 1957, in Williamson, West Virginia, to Robert Keith Kiser and Phyllis Anne Blackburn Kiser of Huntington, West Virginia, Rob grew up in Huntington. He graduated from Vinson High School in 1976 and attended Marshall University, where he was a member of the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity.
Following college, Rob served in the United States Air Force as an air traffic controller. He later continued his career as a controller with the Federal Aviation Administration. In 2002, he married Nori, and the couple made their home in Coweta County, where he remained until his passing. Rob was a devoted member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
He is survived by his wife, Nori Kiser of Moreland, Georgia; daughters Sabrina Hope O’Neal of Moreland and Gabriella Marie (Aaron) Nunnelly of Carrollton, Georgia; son R. Keith Kiser III of Moreland; granddaughter Camilla Hope O’Neal; parents Phyllis Anne (Blackburn) Kiser and Robert “Bob” K. Kiser of Huntington, West Virginia; brother Eric T. (Brooke) Kiser of Lesage, West Virginia; sister Lisa A. Issa of Huntington; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
