He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Zimmerman and Edna Louise Zimmerman (Schreyer); his son Timothy J. Zimmerman; and his pet Macy. He is survived by: his spouse Chiquita A. "Chick" Holloway; his children, Kimberly Sue Glass (Mark), Kelly Grandstaff (Mike) and Troy Zimmerman (Dana); and his brother James Zimmerman (Barbara).

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Grace Fellowship Church (1701 E Market St, Logansport, IN 46947). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
