Robert J. Skalski

Robert John Skalski, 64, of Warrington, Pennsylvania, passed away on March 8th after a year-long struggle with ALS.

He is survived by his loving partner, Angela Stanert, his father Leon, his son William Stanert and his wife Breanne, and his cherished grandchildren Margaret and William, along with his extended family. He was predeceased by his mother, Barbara (Worthington) Skalski.

Robert worked as a machine operator until his retirement in March 2025. He embraced life with a deep passion for adventure and the outdoors. An avid motorcycle rider and boating enthusiast, he also loved hunting, fishing, and the family’s annual vacations to the New Jersey Shore. He took great pride in maintaining his home and pool, and cherished hosting family barbecues in the backyard. Known for his remarkable ability to fix anything, Robert was always the first to offer his help to others.

His family extends heartfelt thanks to his compassionate caregiving team, especially Douglas and Bernadette Brace, his longtime best friend and wife. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to ALS United Mid-Atlantic. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
