With solemn reverence, we commemorate Robert Herman Karger (Mayfield Heights, Ohio), whose life came to an end on March 6, 2026 at the age of 87, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Karger and Bernice Karger; his wife Carol; his siblings, George (Rose), Allen (Cindy) and Thomas; and his nephew Christopher.

He is survived by: his daughter Laura Leuty (James); his grandchildren, Andrew Leuty and Amanda Newton (Zach); his sister-in-law Dorothy Papes; and his sibling's children, Gregory, Phillip (Sarah) and Meredith Davis (Anthony).

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 20th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM at the DiCicco & Sons Funeral Home (5975 Mayfield Rd, Mayfield Heights, OH 44124). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, March 20th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Church (6850 Mayfield Rd, Gates Mills, OH 44040). The inurnment will be held on Friday, March 20th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the All Souls Cemetery (10366 Chardon Rd, Chardon, OH 44024).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve or Alzheimer's Association (alz.org) Mass of Christian Burial 10 am Friday March 20th at St. Francis of Assisi Church.
