He is survived by: his wife Lisa Donley of Kennett, MO; his children, Tammy Welch of Hickory, NC, Robert Donley, Jr. and Nick Donley (Jill) of Jackson, MO; his stepsons, Matthew Smith of Piggott and Anthony Connell (Ronnie) of Gosnell, AR; and his siblings, Mary Anne Donley and Stevie Donley of St. Louis.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bradshaw Funeral Home (910 N Bypass, Kennett, MO 63857). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
