Robert Cecil Parsons Sr.

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Cecil Parsons Sr. of Wauseon, Ohio, who passed away on March 8, 2026, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie "Buck" Parsons and Nellie Parsons (Bailey); his wife Dianne Elaine Ehrsam; his daughter Bobbie Jo "Jojo" Smith; and his brothers, Bill, Wendell and Alvin "Bull" Parsons.

He is survived by: his children, Jamie Skinner of Napoleon and Robert Parsons (Amy) of Napoleon; his sisters, Betty Cundick, Pearl Finch, Arlene Rios (Henry) and Kathy Butler (Brian); his grandchildren, Josh, Chris, Robert (Taylor), Brittany Helms (Jim), Bret, Richie and Danny Parsons; and his great grandchildren, Belle, James, Elayna, Jaxon, Bryce, Elliot, Griffin, Auggie, Bentley and Tatum.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Barnes Funeral Chapel (5825 OH-109, Delta, OH 43515). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Northeast-Eastern Great Lakes, P.O Box 22470, New York, New York, 10087-2470 in his memory.
