Rita Wright ObituaryObituary published on Legacy.com by Bosley Funeral Home -Lebanon on Mar. 9, 2026.Rita Marilyn Thomas Wright, age 91, of Lebanon, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 07, 2026 at The Village of Lebanon Assisted Living.She was born on July 05, 1934 in Lebanon, Kentucky to the late Henry Luckett Thomas and Florence Capitola Thomas. Mrs. Wright was a faithful member of St. Augustine Catholic Church where she served many years as head of the bereavement committee. She worked for 31½ years as a bank teller at Citizens National Bank. She was a member of the Daughters of Isabella Club and served as Vice President for the Business and Professional Women's Club.She was preceded in death by her parents; children, Connie Jo Wright Rakes, Charles Terry Wright; grandson, Joseph Michael Willett; brothers, Gilbert, Marion (Ted), Joe C., Abell, Henry L. Jr., Charles; sisters, Mary Eleanor (Infant), Nell Thomas Carpenter.Survivors include her four daughters, Vickie Sue Wright, Verna Jean Wright (Steve), Janice Marie Wright Gordon (Ronnie), Kathy Ann Wright Mattingly; two brothers, James Roland Thomas, David Aloysius Thomas, son-in-law, Bobby Rakes.Also surviving are seven grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, March 13, 2026 at St. Augustine Catholic Church. Interment to follow in the church cemetery.Visitation will be held from 5:00-8:00 P.M.
