She was predeceased by: her adoptive parents, Florence Yoakam and Clyde Yoakam; her husband Joseph Lucchesi; her siblings, Andrew "Chicky" LaFave, Hubert LaFave, Lois Moroni and Lenore Klee; and her son-in-law Richard Godfrey.

She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Godfrey of Lima and Diana Bishop (Ralph) of Wilmington, OH.; her granddaughters, Stephanie Huff (Isaac) of Miamisburg, Christina Adrian (Andrew) of Blanchester and Mandy Holler (Brian Pohlar) of Piqua, OH.; her great grandchildren, Evelyn Huff, Noah Huff, Joshua Huff, Nathan Huff, Mary Huff, Austin Holler and Charlotte Pohlar; her birth mother Anna LaFave (Vandermissen); her stepfather Charles LaFave; her brother-in-law Paul Moroni of Bark River, MI; Delores Sanford of Kingsford, MI, Emil LaFave (Linda) of Wilson, MI, Geraldine LaFave of Powers, MI, Darlene Gagne (Gerald) of Spalding, MI, Glen LaFave (Debbie) of Stephenson, MI and Karen Bergstrom (Mark) of Bark River, MI. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services - Shawnee Chapel (1170 Shawnee Rd, Lima, OH 45805). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
