Riley Taylor Pinkerton, 71, of Shannon Hills, Arkansas, passed away on March 9, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.
Taylor held a deep love for music and found joy in playing the guitar and singing at church. Above all, he treasured the time spent with his family, especially his children and grandchildren. To his four daughters, he was the best daddy they could have asked for, and to his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, he was a proud and loving Granddad.
He shared nearly 43 wonderful years of marriage with the love of his life, his wife, Sandra Pinkerton, to whom he was everything.
Taylor was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters, two brothers, two grandchildren, and two great-grandbabies. He is survived by his beloved wife, Sandra Pinkerton of Shannon Hills, Arkansas; his daughters, Tanya Barnes of Shannon Hills, Arkansas, Jennifer (Jim) Glass of Rosston, Arkansas, Keni (David) Ezell of West Monroe, Louisiana, and Tracie (Ryan) Colvert of Benton, Arkansas; one sister, Faye Stone of Houston, Mississippi; 14 grandchildren; two great-grandsons; two great-granddaughters on the way; along with a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends. He also leaves behind several bonus children whom he loved dearly through the years.
