Born May 15, 1958 in Prestonsburg, KY, he was the son of the late Bert & Frankie Lawson Case. He was the husband of the late Sheila Johnson Case. Ricky was a Logger. He is survived by his Children: Rickey Case of Dry Ridge, KY, Shane Case of Pikeville, KY, Misty Duggins of Dry Ridge, KY & Franchesca Case-Thacker of Pikeville, KY; Stepson: Joey Bartley of Harold, KY; Grandchildren: Brenden Mason, Jayden Mason, Kayelynn Duggins, Nataleisha Hall, Kanan Hall, Able Thacker, Bellemey Case, Ryan Case & Sloane Case; Great Grandchild: Onyx Johnson; Brothers & Sisters: Larry Case, Steve Case, Mike Case, Curt Case, David Case, Margaret Boyd, Joyce Cruey & Deborah Kidd. Along with his parents and wife, Ricky was preceded in death by one son: Ryan Case; one granddaughter: Kaitlyn Tackett & one sister: Lois Case Boyd.
