Ricky Edge Jr

Richard “Ricky” Eugene Edge, Jr., 32, of Newnan, passed away on March 5, 2026. Born on May 19, 1993, in East Point, Georgia, he was the son of Richard Edge, Sr., and Derri Westbrooks Le Blanc.

Ricky is survived by his mother, Derri Linn Le Blanc, and stepfather, Glenn Le Blanc; his father, Richard Eugene Edge Sr., and stepmother, Melissa Edge; his siblings, Ryan Christopher Edge, Rachel Boyer, Josie Le Blanc, Nona Le Blanc, Logan Le Blanc, Kayla Huggins, and Kathryn Hicks; his grandparents, Dan and Beth Daniel; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, John Calvin Edge, Hazel Edge, Jerry Westbrooks, and Carolyn Hornsby; his sister, Kristina Huggins; and his uncle, Brian Westbrooks.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Safe Shores Georgia Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing swim lesson scholarships for children in underserved communities and promoting water safety awareness.
