He is survived by: his wife Wilda Farley; his children, Rose Farris (John), Melissa Harper (Scott Byrd), Ricky Farley, Jr. (Elaine), Andrea Farley and Dillon Farley; his stepdaughter Jessica Swauger (Corbin); his grandchildren, Kyleigh, Tanner, Abby, Emma, Madison and Cody; and his siblings, Donald Farley (Jana) and Carol Lafferty (Fred).

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Scarpelli Funeral Home (15205 McMullen Hwy SW, Cresaptown, MD 21502). A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
