He enjoyed spending time on the golf course, playing card games, and sharing laughter with those around him. Rickey especially cherished time spent with his family and friends.He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Billie Starnes.Survivors include his loving wife, Karen Starnes; his daughter, Cacey Frazier (Caleb); his stepson, Michel Stallings; and his beloved grandchild, Cadence Frazier.
