In the 1970's, he loved cars. His personality was to joke and 'cut up' because he enjoyed making people laugh. Of his many loves in life, he was 'joined at the hip' with his wife, Teresa, and loved her dearly.He is survived by his loving wife, Teresa Ard Watkins of the home; daughter, Erica Campbell; mother, Vivian Bigley; step-sons, Ryan Scarce and Brandon Ard; sisters, Sheila Locklear (Delton) and Teresa Brigman (Bobby); and five grandchildren.Services will be held private by the family.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
