Rick F. Taylor, 71, of Waverly, passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at Adena Regional Medical Center in Chillicothe. Born on May 3, 1954, in Ross County, he was the son of the late George Edgar Taylor and Joy Juanita Miller Taylor.
Rick is survived by his sister, Patricia (Leon) Bevins of Lucasville; his niece, LeAnn (Darrel) Allmon; his great-nephew, Isaac Lee Allmon; his cousin, Duane Miller of Plain City; and his special friend, Mark Feilder. A member of the Sons of the American Legion in Waverly and the Masonic Lodge, he lived a life rooted in quiet fellowship and personal conviction.
No services will be held at his request, and burial will take place at the convenience of the family.
