He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter F. Guzik and Pauline Guzik (Pipak). He is survived by: his sister Janet Lekang (Donald); and his sibling's children, Diane, Donna Lekang and Kyle Gerner of Arlington, VA..

Viewing will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lopatich-Brinker Funeral Home (601 Weldon St, Latrobe, PA 15650). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Cecilia Church (218 St Cecilia Rd, Latrobe, PA 15693).
