Rich lived a full life marked by quiet strength, deep loyalty to family, and a steadfast sense of duty. His years of military service remained an important part of who he was, and he carried those values of honor and commitment into all aspects of his life. He will be remembered for his genuine care for those around him and the steady presence he provided to his loved ones.

He is survived by his family, who will cherish the memories they shared with him. In accordance with his wishes, memorials in his honor will be directed to the Watson Family at a later date.
