Born Richard Lee Moore, he lived a full life in Minnesota, maintaining deep connections to both Willmar and Fergus Falls. He will be remembered by family and friends for his steady presence and the quiet ways he showed care for those around him.
A graveside service will be held at a later date at Bethlehem Lutheran Cemetery in Fergus Falls. He leaves behind loved ones who will carry his memory with them.
