He was born on October 4, 1945, in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania to the late Albert Earl and Teresa Harr.Rich will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 58 years, Carole, and by his children, David (Paige) Harr and Denise (Scott) McLaughlin. His grandchildren-Emma, Harry (Molly), Jane, Martine, Helen, Miles, Ella, and Olivia-will always cherish the memories of time they shared with him. In addition, Rich will be missed by close family members: Patricia Gress, Samuel and Joyce Fresa, and Gerald Buchko.He was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers and sisters-in-law Albert and Mary Jane Harr and Edward and Faye Harr; his sister-in-law, Mary Lou Buchko; and his brother-in-law, Robert Gress.Rich was a graduate of MonValley Catholic High School and Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He traveled the world during his long and successful career in International Benefits Sales and passed on his sense of adventure to his family. In his retirement, he pursued many hobbies including golf, gardening, woodworking, and puzzles.
