The memory of Richard Lambert of Kingsport, Tennessee, who passed away on March 9, 2026 at the age of 82, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dillard Lambert and Margaret Lambert. He is survived by: his children, Chris Lambert (Rebekah), John Demuth (Katie) and Holly Demuth; his grandchildren, Brody, Chloé, Shelby, John Christopher, Orion, Taegan and Claire; his siblings, Russell Lambert, Marcia Cooper and Mark Lambert (Judy); and his close friend Carolyn Solmon. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes - Kingsport (117 E Charlemont Ave, Kingsport, TN 37660). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at the East Lawn Memorial Park (4997 Memorial Blvd, Kingsport, TN 37664).
