Richard Kelton "Oot" Manning, age 67, of Greenville, South Carolina, passed away on Monday, March 9, 2026.
Born and raised in the Upstate, Richard lived a full life marked by his distinctive personality and the many connections he formed with family and friends. Known affectionately as "Oot," he brought a unique spirit to those around him throughout his 67 years.
He is survived by his loving family, including his niece Tammy Renee Byars, who opened her home in Gaffney to welcome those wishing to pay their respects and offer comfort during this time of loss.
