Richard J. “Dick” DeNeale, 83, of Willsboro, passed away unexpectedly on March 10, 2026, at his home. Born in Washington, DC, on September 20, 1942, he was the son of Millard and June (Morgal) DeNeale.
Dick lived a full life rooted in the community he called home for many years.
