He was united in marriage to the lovely Emily Luella Roberts on June 21, 1991, at The Little Brown Church in Nashua, IA. Previously Richard had a daughter, Sue, and a son, Scott. He also loved his stepchildren Shelly, Troy, and Todd as if they were his own. Richard spent most of his life as a farmer in Marshalltown alongside his wife.He will be missed dearly by his loving wife Emily; his daughter Sue Taylor; his son Scott Allen; step-daughter Shelly Branon; step-sons, Troy Branon and Todd Branon; several grandchildren and great grandchildren, and four sisters.He was proceeded in death by his parents.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
