He is survived by: his wife Regina Adkins; his son Jeremy Adkins (Katrina) of Dingess; and his siblings, Mary Iris Adkins of Dingess and Larry Adkins (Kelli) of Harts. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Mudfork Freewill Baptist Church. A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
