Rian Lyons Copeland "43"

Rian was known for her kind heart, flamboyant personality, and immense compassion. A devoted daughter, great friend, and loving partner, she overcame a difficult childhood to build her own family and touch countless lives with her warmth and generosity. Brilliant and passionate about learning, she was nearly a year from graduating and approached every subject with genuine thirst for knowledge. A charismatic conversationalist, she had a remarkable ability to make everyone around her feel important, valued, and loved.

Warm and welcoming to all she met, Rian was fiercely loyal and protective of those she held dear. She served as Chief Technology Officer at Vixen’s Magical Apothecary, managing the website and resolving technical issues while also creating beautiful jewelry for the business. Her presence brought light and connection wherever she went.

She was preceded in death by her mother and youngest brother. She is survived by the love of her life, Chelsea Guthrie, her best friend and brother Jeremy Robbins, and her surrogate mother Joyce Robbins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the two charity drives Rian established on Facebook for her birthday.
