Rhonda Judene Hall

Rhonda Judene Hall, 65, of Delaware, Arkansas, passed away on March 13, 2026, at UAMS Medical Center with her beloved daughter, Tess Hall, by her side. Born on November 5, 1960, she was preceded in death by her parents, Deward Ralph Noble and Jewell Dean Hill; her siblings, Deward Ralph “Buttons” Noble II, Steven Howard Noble, and Karl Ray Noble; and her son, Alexander Nathan Hall.

She is survived by her daughter, Tess Hall; her grandson, Baxter Clarence Hall IV; her beloved aunts, Christine Jones and Nellie Wurst Garman; and her beloved cousins, Carol Thomas and Melissa Smith, along with many other family members and friends whose lives were touched by her kindness, creativity, and gentle spirit.

A 1979 graduate of Dardanelle High School and a member of the high school band, Rhonda carried a lifelong passion for music. She played with the Hot Springs Flute Ensemble for more than 25 years. Through her photography studio, Hall Studio, she created lasting memories for countless families. Later, as a master massage therapist, she brought comfort and healing to many through her caring touch. Rhonda was a devoted follower of Christ whose loving heart, creative spirit, wonderful sense of humor, and quiet joy left a deep impression on everyone who knew her.

Her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and all those who were blessed by her presence.
