He was born on March 1, 1937 at White a son of the late Luther Ross and Mary Firestone Sanner. Reuben was retired from the Pepsi Co. in Kecksburg where he was employed for 33 years working from 1966-1999. He was a member of the Kecksburg Volunteer Fire Departments and the Rescue Squad. Early in his life he was a leader for the Boys Scouts of America. He is survived by his son, Christopher Sanner of Donegal; his grandchildren, Clyde Sanner and his wife Coreen, Dezsarae Citeroni and her husband Chris, Jacob Sanner and Katlin Sanner; his great grandchildren, Preston, Jacob, Jessica and Joshua; seven great great grandchildren; one brother, Robert Lewis and his wife Linda of Nashville, TN and one sister, Joann Wolf of Beaver Falls, PA. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Hollie Lowhigh Sanner in 2006; grandson, Tyler Pirl; brother, Denver Sanner and sister, Katlin Sanner. Family and friends will be received from 2-8 P.M. Thursday in the BROOKS FUNERAL HOME, INC., 406 E. Washington St., Mount Pleasant, PA where services will be held on Friday at 11:00 A.M. with John Blackburn officiating. Interment will follow in the Byerly- Freeman Cemetery.
