He was predeceased by: his parents, George Rigal and Blanca Rigal. He is survived by: his daughters, Judith Rigal-McCann and Olivia "Oli" Rigal; his grandchildren, Victoria, Brandon and Scarlett; his brothers, George Rigal Jr., Roger Rigal (Kim), John H. Rigal (Irma), Daniel Rigal (Rebecca) and Michael James Rigal (Gabriela Vanessa); and the mother of his children Bertha Galvan. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Joe Jackson North Funeral & Cremation Services (1410 Jacaman Rd, Laredo, TX 78041). A rosary will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery (3600 McPherson Rd, Laredo, TX 78040).
