He was predeceased by his parents, Francisco Mendes Cardoso and Avelina Mendes Cardoso. He is survived by his wife, Maria A. DeAndrade; his children, Carla Cardoso, Nilton Cardoso, Claudia Cardoso, Evandro Cardoso, Jean Alves, Caryl Cardoso, Caril Cardoso, and Alex Cardoso; his siblings, Rosilda and Augusto; and his grandchildren, Kimberly Cardoso, Jacinieda Valentin, Nildia Cardoso, Kiara Cardoso, Alex Cardoso, Diego Cardoso, Nylah Cardoso, Nilson Cardoso, Amarilla Oliveira, Jonah Cardoso, Delilah Cardoso, Carilma Cardoso, Camil Cardoso, Nicolas Cardoso, Christopher Cardoso, and Bryson Cardoso.
A devoted husband, father, and grandfather, Remoaldo lived a life centered on family. He leaves behind a large and loving family who will carry forward the values and memories he shared with them.
