He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonia and Guido; his siblings, Ruggerio and Pierina; his parents-in-law, Viola (Remo) and John; and his sister-in-law Rena.

He is survived by: his wife Nancy Melone; his children, Dina Saitis (Peter), Dino Melone (Julia) and Vince Melone (Kristie); his grandchildren, Nicholas, Alexa and Katelyn; his stepgrandchildren, Toby and Victoria; his great grandchildren, Anthony, Ava, Gabriel and Maximo; and his brothers, Claudio and Cesare. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Viewing will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the Charles P. Arcaro Funeral Home (2309 Lancaster Ave, Wilmington, DE 19805). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
