Remedios London

May 4, 1933 March 8, 2026

Oak Harbor, WA

Remedios London passed away on March 8, 2026, in Oak Harbor, Washington. Born in the Philippines, she lived in both Leyte and Cavite before marrying Nick Sevilla London of the United States Navy. Together they moved to the United States, making their home in California and later Washington.

Remy worked at Technical Services Inc. in Oak Harbor, where she continued to support her relatives in the Philippines whenever possible. She later worked at Advanced Technical Laboratories in Bothell alongside her two sons, and spent her final working years at The Boeing Company before retiring. She and Nick were active members of the local Filipino-American community on Whidbey Island, often helping set up booths and selling lumpia at the Oak Harbor Fourth of July carnival. A woman of deep Catholic faith, she attended Mass faithfully, followed by meals with family and relatives, and regularly offered novenas for her loved ones. She was known for her generosity, always ready to cook for visiting children and grandchildren or to give when she traveled to see family in California. Her yard was filled with roses, and she enjoyed crocheting and going smelting with Nick in Coupeville.

She is survived by her sons Jeffrey and John (wife Rose), four grandchildren Jesse (wife Nicole), Jacob, Anthony, and Michael, one great-grandchild Santana Remedios London-Ramirez, and her younger brother Frank Angel. She was preceded in death by her parents Ochoa and Juanita, sisters Laura and Carmen, brothers Rudolpho and Ceasar, her husband Nick, and her son Rudy.
