Reggie Martinez

June 25, 1938 March 11, 2026

Denver, CO

Reggie was born in Denver, Colorado, on June 25th, 1938. On March 11th, 2026, he went home to be with the Lord. While our hearts feel the loss deeply, we also celebrate a life that was full, meaningful, and devoted to both family and faith.

Reggie shared an incredible love story with his wife, Wilma, with whom he was married for over 70 years. Their marriage was a beautiful example of commitment, devotion, and partnership through the many seasons of life.

He was a proud father to his children: Rick and his wife Debbie, Daniel and his wife Norma, Victor, Regina, and Armando and his wife Lori. Reggie’s legacy continues through his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who brought him tremendous joy and pride.

Reggie is also survived by his three loving sisters, Carol, Cathy, and Denise.

Reggie served his country honorably in the United States Navy, and throughout his life he carried that same spirit of dedication and service into everything he did. He worked as an insurance broker, continuing his work faithfully right up until his last days.

But what truly defined Reggie was his faith in Jesus Christ. He loved his Lord and Savior deeply, and his faith shaped the way he lived every day. Reggie shared that faith with others, prayed for many people, and encouraged those around him to trust in God. His life was a living testimony of kindness, generosity, and compassion.

Anyone who knew Reggie knew that he was one of the most generous and caring people you could ever meet. He loved serving others and gave much of himself to the community through various organizations. His life touched many, and his presence made a difference wherever he went.

To his family, he was more than just a provider — he was a wonderful husband, a loving father, a proud grandfather and great-grandfather, and a man deeply loved by family and friends.

And today, even as we say goodbye, we hold onto the hope that Reggie believed in so strongly. The words from John 3:16 remind us of that promise:

"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him will not perish but have everlasting life."

Reggie believed that promise with all his heart. Because of that faith, we know this is not the end of his story. One day, we will see him again.

Until then, we remember his love, his faith, his generosity, and the incredible life he lived.

Reggie Martinez will be deeply missed, but his legacy will live on in the lives of everyone he touched.
