Rebecca Rogers, known affectionately as Beccy to family and friends, was a woman of generosity, spirited humor, and quiet strength who brought warmth and laughter to everyone around her. Born on September 2, 1941, she lived a vibrant life across several states including Florida, the Philippines, Wyoming, and New Hampshire before settling in Utah. Beccy spent 20 years working for Litton Guidance and Control in Salt Lake City, where her dedication earned her lasting respect and admiration. She passed away on March 9, 2026.
Beyond her career, Beccy found deep joy in crafting, shopping, tending to her lush backyard, and spending cherished time with her grandchildren. A longtime supporter of the Special Olympics, she gave freely of her time and spirit to uplift others. Those who knew her will remember how she made people feel seen, valued, and loved.
She is survived by her son, Jay (Lorri) Rogers, daughters Jean (Dennis) Homanick and Alice (Joe) Rogers, and her beloved grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Al Rogers, daughters Roben and Barbara Rogers, and her parents.
