Rebecca Gail Skinner, 64, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, March 10, 2026. Born and raised in Louisville, she earned a Master’s Degree in Education and enjoyed a long career with JCPS before retiring to devote more time to her family. Becky found great joy in traveling, tending her garden, and nurturing the people she loved. A natural caregiver, she touched the lives of all who knew her and will be deeply missed.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Skinner, and her father, Raymond Smith.
Becky is survived by her son, Ryan Rhodes (Mary Alice), her grandson, Hank Rhodes, her mother, Rayona Smith, and her aunts, Nancy Twomey (Darrell) and Cathy Walker (Don).
