He was born on January 29, 1945, in Philadelphia, PA.He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force and was honorably discharged following his service. After his time in the military, he worked as a police officer and later as a skilled cabinet maker. He was also a graduate of Saint Anselm College in New Hampshire, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree.He is preceded in death by his wife, Sharon Hearn in December of 1995; father, Raymond R. Hearn, Sr.; mother, Agnes Farley Hearn; brother, Theodore Hearn; sister, Christine Hearn.Those left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Shaylynn Cornwell and Sharon Thomas (Todd); son, Mike Hearn (Tami); granddaughter, Caitlynn Cowart; sisters, Sheila Rieman (Steven), Maureen Chuff (Phillip), Carole Skipper (Richard), and Lorraine Jones (Ted) along with his dog Cyrus.Service will be private.Heritage Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Raymond Robert Hearn, Jr.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
