He was predeceased by: his wife Lisa. He is survived by: his sons, Raymond John Welsh, John Welsh (Jennie), Austin Welsh, Dillon and Jeffrey Welsh (Tammy); his former wife Julia Welsh; and his sisters, Margie Cruz (Jose) and Sylvia Welsh. He is also survived by six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 28th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers the family is accepting memorial gifts.
