Raymond Daniel Rahn, 63, of Dix, Illinois, passed away on Sunday, March 8, 2026, in Texico, Illinois.
Born on April 30, 1962, in Tuscola, Illinois, to Duane and Mary (Rideout) Rahn, Raymond spent many years working as a steelworker before retiring. He married Marilyn R. Vaughan on June 29, 1982, in the small community of Hord.
He was preceded in death by his father, Duane, his wife, Marilyn, and his daughter, Josie Rahn.
Raymond is survived by his sons, Timothy Rahn and wife Reva of Beecher City, and Matthew Rahn of Chester; his daughters, Sasha Rahn of Dix and Ashley Simpson of Flora; 18 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and his brother, Fredrick Rahn and wife Vicki of Neoga.
