Raymond Adams ObituaryObituary published on Legacy.com by Lawson's Funeral Homes & Cremation Services - Jay on Mar. 4, 2026.Raymond Christopher Adams, born on June 14, 1988 passed from this life on February 28, 2026, leaving behind a family who loved him deeply and a circle of friends who will miss him dearly.He attended grade school at Kansas, OK and graduated High School from Bentonville, AR. and received his bachelor's degree in Logistics from Northeastern State University where he was a fraternity member of Lambda Chi Alpha. He began his career in Logistics in Tulsa, OK and moved to Bentonville to further his career. Most recently he was working on a logistics program to start his own business.Chris had a deep love for the outdoors. Whether he was off roading four wheelers, camping, kayaking, hiking or simply enjoying a quiet sunset. He felt most at peace surrounded by nature.Above all else, Chris loved his family. He was a devoted son, brother, uncle, nephew and cousin. His love was constant and had a way of making people feel safe and valued.He will be remembered for his kind heart, infectious smile. The love he gave so freely and his willingness to lend a hand to anyone who needed it. Though his time here was too short, the impact he made in 37 years will last a lifetime.Chris was proceeded in death by his beloved mother, Vickie Sue (Vaughan) Adams and his loving grandparents, Alvin and Barbara Vaughan and Raymond and Emma Adams.Chris is survived by his beloved father Raymond Adams of Tulsa, OK, brother and sister-in-law Noah and Cindi Adams of Westville, OK and Nephew Hayden Adams and Niece Mila Adams. As well as many loving family members and friends.Chris's Celebration of Life Family Visitation to greet friends will be held on Monday, March 9, 2026 from 6:00-8:00pm at Lawson's Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 311 W. Gray St., Jay, OK 74346.Chris's Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at 2:00pm at Lowery Freewill Baptist Church, 8045 US 412 Alt., Rose, OK 743464 with Pastor Bryson Bailey officiating. Followed by Chris's funeral procession to Kansas Cemetery, Kansas, OK for Chris's Committal Service.Chris's burial will be at Kansas Cemetery, Kansas, OK.Arrangements are entrusted to Lawson's Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 311 W.
