Randy Leroy St. Pierre

Randy St. Pierre, 65, of Eagle Butte, South Dakota, passed away at his home on March 10, 2026. Born on October 13, 1960, in Wagner, South Dakota, to Bernell and Carol (Gullikson) St. Pierre, Randy built a career rooted in service through medical laboratory science. He worked for many years as a traveling medical laboratory technician before settling in Rapid City to be near his daughter, Mikayla, cherishing the opportunity to attend her school activities and share in her special moments.

Later, Randy moved to Eagle Butte, where he served as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist at the hospital. While there, he pursued further education and earned a master’s degree in Human Resources Management, an achievement that reflected his strong work ethic and lifelong commitment to learning. He will be remembered for his quiet dedication to his family, his profession, and the lasting friendships he formed along the way.

Randy is survived by his daughter, Mikayla St. Pierre (fiancé, Zach Kurzenberger) of Spearfish, South Dakota; his brother, Bernell (Wendy) St. Pierre of Yankton, South Dakota; and his sisters, Kathy St. Pierre of Clive, Iowa; Julie Sauberan (Eric Gillig) of Grand Forks, North Dakota; and Gayla (Ryan) Melcher of Wahoo, Nebraska.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Rick; and his nephew, Joshua Gratzfeld.
