Dripping Springs, TX
Randy Clarance Whitaker, born on July 5, 1963, in Tomball, Texas, passed away on March 6, 2026, at the age of 62. Known for his boundless laughter and generous spirit, Randy embraced life with warmth and enthusiasm, meeting every challenge with a smile and a willingness to help others.
For 22 years, he was a dedicated member of the Texas Disposal Systems family, where he tackled a wide variety of tasks with energy and skill. From repairing electric gates to building habitats for rhinos and giraffes, Randy approached each responsibility with commitment and genuine enjoyment.
Above all, Randy cherished his family. He was a devoted father to his daughter Tiffany and her husband Jere, and a loving stepfather to Blake. His greatest joy came from spending time with his grandchildren Harper, Kensington, Olsen, and Remi, whose lives were filled with his laughter and affection. In his free time, he found peace in the outdoors, particularly on hunting trips, and took great pride in maintaining his trucks. A man of deep Christian faith, Randy lived his beliefs through kindness, generosity, and fellowship, watching church services every Sunday morning.
He is survived by his brother Brook and wife Dale, daughter Tiffany and husband Jere, stepson Blake, and grandchildren Harper, Kensington, Olsen, and Remi. Randy’s legacy lives on in the hearts of all who knew him, through the joy he shared and the love he gave so freely.
