Ramona May Williams, 95, of Midland, died on Tuesday morning, March 10, 2026, at Coleman Fields Assisted Living in Coleman. She was born on May 14, 1930, in Clare, the daughter of the late Leslie Alec and Jenny (Graham) McNeill.

Ramona grew up in Clare and on May 21, 1948, married Donald Clyde Fosgitt. Together they raised four children: Cheryl (David) Rose of East Leroy, Jennie (Steve) Elliott of Austin, Texas, Jeri (Larry) Hunt of Midland, and their late son Kriss Fosgitt. She is survived by her grandchildren Jennifer (Paul) Moody, Kathryn Letts, Jason (Shannon) Rose, Kelli Thompson (Greg Rangel), Sarah (Kyle) Cason, Paul (Jenny) Elliott, Brad (Katie) Bishop, and Kyle (Nicole) Hunt, as well as twelve great-grandchildren and her sister-in-law Dianna Fosgitt.

In addition to her parents and son, she was preceded in death by her brothers Lyle McNeill, Leslie Fay McNeill, William Leonard McNeill, and Herbert Lee McNeill, her sisters Fern Taylor, Winifred Ruth Eberhart, and Betty Jean Thomson, and her special friend of more than five years, Dick Cook.
