Ramona Rose ObituaryObituary published on Legacy.com by Bell's Funeral Home & Cremation Services - Port St. Lucie on Mar. 17, 2026.Ramona Sparger was born on June 13, 1959 in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania to Mathew Sparger and Equilla Griffie.When she was four years old the family moved to Detroit Michigan. Years later she was to attend and graduate from Henry Ford High School in Detroit and later went to work for Uniroyal Tire Company.Ramona moved to Pasadena California in 1981, where she was employed by Jacobs Engineering. She later worked as a customer service rep at Bank of America.In 1983 she met Buddy Rose in a business class at Pasadena City College and they would later marry sharing over 40 years together.In 1985 she retired from her position with a customer service job at IBM to create a balloon decorating business that serviced all of Los Angeles.In 2010 Ramona and Buddy moved to Port Saint Lucie Florida to spend quality time with her parents. She then became a licensed insurance broker enrolling clients in Medicare Advantage plans.Ramona became a devoted member of the Gathering of Christ Church and served faithfully until her death. She served for over a decade and wore many hats.She passed at home and is survived by her husband Buddy Rose, their son Jabari Rose, brothers Ivan and Mark Sparger, step children Teule, Risala and Hariri Rose Thomas, aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of church family and friends.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
