He was predeceased by: his parents, Wyatt Vernon Weaver and Julia Ann Weaver (Battle); and his son Tony Weaver. He is survived by: his children, Julie Weaver of Detroit and Ralph Weaver Jr. of Conway, Arkansas.; his brother Richard Weaver; and his former wife Lillie Bell. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Larry G. Acklin Funeral Homes - Conway (910 Walnut St, Conway, AR 72032). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Agape Community Temple of Servants (1423 Ingram St, Conway, AR 72032).
