He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Marolda and Mildred Marolda; and his siblings, Marlene Chocola (late Joe), Ron Marolda (late Mary Louise) and Frank Marolda (Mary Ellen).

He is survived by: his wife Gwendolyn; his sons, Daniel Marolda, Tony Morsovillo (Jennifer) and Rick Morsovillo (Carolyn); and his grandchildren, Anthony, Nicholas (Jessica), Allison (Josh), Emily, Hailey, Ricky (Katie), Dominick, Blake and Cameron.

Visitation will be held on Monday, March 16th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Robert J. Sheehy & Sons Funeral Home - Orland Park (9000 W 151st St, Orland Park, IL 60462). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 17th 2026 at 9:15 AM at the Robert J. Sheehy & Sons Funeral Home (9000 W 151st St, Orland Park, IL 60462). A Mass will be held on Tuesday, March 17th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Woods Church (10731 W 131st St, Orland Park, IL 60462).
