Ralph Jerry Crouse

Ralph “Jerry” Crouse, 83, of Forsyth County, passed away on Sunday, March 15, 2026. Born on January 26, 1943, to the late Ralph Joe and Delma Iona Fawlkes Crouse, Jerry spent 41 years with Vulcan Materials before retiring. He found great joy in playing golf and flying model airplanes by wire, hobbies that reflected his steady hands and patient spirit.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Mareia Bradshaw Crouse, whom he missed deeply, his grandson Sean Michael, and his sister Bobbie Jo Eidson. Jerry is survived by his son, Allen Crouse (Manya); daughters, Tonya Crouse and Michelle Crouse; eight grandchildren, Matthew Crouse, Andrew Crouse, James Crouse, Ronnie Overby, Shane Overby, Brittney Overby Heiman, Summer Smith, and Nicholas Shafer; 12 great-grandchildren; and his sister, Betty Lou Crouse.

Those who knew him will remember a quiet, devoted family man who cherished time with his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
