Rae L King

We bid farewell to Rae L King of Lumberton, New Jersey, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 3, 2026 at the age of 94. Rae touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lowell Carson and Ethel Carson; her husband George G King; and her siblings, Elizabeth, Emma, Gladys, Ethel, Barbara, Nancy, William and Lowell.

She is survived by: her sons, Dennis (Gwen), Jeff (Alex) and Ralph (Mary Jo); her grandchildren, Danielle, Dustin, Zachary and Sonya; her great grandchildren, Dalford, Anastasia, James and Logan; her great great grandchildren, Jordan, Paisley and AnnaJane; and her siblings, Marjorie, Bernice, Ernest and Edward. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Godfrey Funeral Home of Palermo (644 South Shore Rd., Palermo, NJ 08223). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
