Rachel "Parker" Smith

Rachel Parker Smith, formerly of Catonsville, Maryland, passed away on March 11, 2026. She was the daughter of the late Edward Parker and Hattie Ross Parker, and the beloved wife of the late George Smith.

Rachel was a devoted mother whose love and guidance shaped the lives of her three children. She is survived by her daughter, Mary B. McPherson and her husband Lloyd of Mooresville, North Carolina; her sons, Ulysses Smith and his wife Shirley of Mooresville, North Carolina, and Frank Smith of Newark, New Jersey; as well as other relatives and friends who will cherish her memory.

A memorial service and interment will be held at a later date.
